1. Money-Back requests will only be honored the first 30 days after the start of the project. We feel this will give the client ample time to decide whether our work is up to their standards.

2. "Same business day" will be considered until 12pm the next business day if it arrives after 4pm. the previous day. "Acknowledgement" means that we will either answer your question or do the requested work within that time-frame, or if that is not possible, give you a realistic time-frame within which the task will be completed. If we fail to complete with this guarantee, simply advise us of our shortcoming and your account with us will be credited $50. All times are MST (-7:00 GMT). We reserve the right to change times and/or guarantee amounts without prior notice. We also reserve the right to temporarily suspend this guarantee due to emergencies or business special events.
